In 2023, Reficient Solutions was born out of a passion for exceptional customer service and empowering women in the contact center industry. We realized there existed an opportunity to make a difference.

Spring of 2020, the world went into lockdown, and many experienced firsthand the challenges of remote work in the contact center space. But we also saw an opportunity to create a fully remote training protocol that was 100% US Based and quality focused.

Recognizing the gap in both employee experience and service, we seized the opportunity to establish Reficient Solutions. Our unwavering resolve was to forge a contact center that delivered exceptional service to clients across diverse industries and served as a platform for empowering work-from-home (WFH) professionals.
