Customer Service Representative
Reficient Solutions Inc seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone calls, answering inquiries related to rewards program offerings, and providing information in a fully remote environment. Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal roles considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Noting accounts with detailed information accurately and consistently.
Problem-solving and making appropriate decisions to meet customer needs and concerns.
Reading and comprehending program information and documentation to provide accurate information to customers.
Navigating documentation and related systems to ensure the accuracy of customer information.
Responding to questions from supervisors and teammates in a timely manner.
Troubleshooting primary computer and connected sound devices as needed.
Working with team members to meet customer needs while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintaining access to systems and communicating any issues in a timely nature.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to read and comprehend program information and documentation to provide accurate information to customers.
Basic computer navigation and document skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment with a reliable internet connection.
Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Equipment:
Agent will need to supply own laptop*, external monitor, wired headset, backup power supply and strong* internet connection.
